Dosage Recommendations by Age

For long-term use as a daily gut health supplement:

• Children 2 years and up:
  Start with 1/2 tsp, gradually increasing to 1 tsp daily. 
• Children 7 years and older:
  Begin with 1 tsp, building up to 2–3 tsp daily.
• Teenagers and adults:
  Increase gradually to 1–2 Tbsp daily.

Directions

For the best results, soak Cool Stool™ in 60 ml of water or milk for 2 to 5 minutes. Then, add it to smoothies, cereal, or yogurt, and enjoy!
